Dublin airport

When I read about the very strict carryon limits for airports in the UK, does this also apply to COntinental flights from Dublin to Newark?

thanks.

Hope, the Continental website should be able to give you information about carryon rules. Many, if not most, airlines limit you to one carryon. The liquid 3-1-1 rule is in effect with all carriers worldwide now, too. Check with Continental to see what their particular regulations are.

The carry on weight is an issue for the airline.

The contents of your carry on is an issue for the security services who scan your bags at the airport.

It can be a very tricky situation, I'd check the Dublin airport website as well as contacting Continental.

When leaving Dublin for the UK the only limits were based on the airline, not the airport which was not the case in London; Gatwick only allows one carry-on through the security area.
