Booked a trip to Italy through them last year. The only complaint I have is that they didn't notify me of a schedule change that made my connecting flights impossible, but once I emailed them they were very responsive. I ended up working directly with the airline in question to resolve the issue, but I'd book with vayama again. Just be sure to keep a close eye on your flights.
