We will be traveling to Italy in September for 12 days. We have a 6:00 A.M. flight out of Milan on a Sunday. Has anyone stayed or is there a hotel to recommend close to the airport? And if so, is there a way to get from the hotel to the airport at around 4:00 A.M. for the 6:00 A.M. flight?

Try looking at the Malpensa Airport website (Google it). They have transportation options.

Thanks to all for your help. I see others have had a early flight out of Milan Malpensa and the only concern was getting to the airport at 4:00 A.M. The answers and the links give us more reference points to go on.
