We're staying in Florence for 3 nights and want to take a day trip by train to Pisa. I think I have the train figured out, but how long would a reasonable stay be in Pisa? Any recommendations of what to see besides the obvious Duomo, Tower and Baptistry?

You can expect to spend about 2.5-3.0hrs in Pisa. 30 minutes to walk in and 30 minutes to walk out (unless you take a taxi). Then, about 1.5-2.0hrs at the tower and adjoining bapistry, Duomo and historical grounds. It could be longer if you want to climb the tower.
