My sister and I are taking a Rick Steves tour. She lives in Seattle (flying on United) and I live in Chicago (flying on American). Does anyone know of a convenient place to meet at the airport? Unfortunately we can communicate by cell phone since mine will not work in Europe. Thanks.

United uses Terminal 1. American uses Terminal 2A. If you're going to take the RER B to Paris, then you could meet at either the CDG 2 TGV/RER station which is directly below Terminal 2 or the lobby of the Sheraton Hotel which is directly above the station. Your sister would need to take the CDGVAL from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2. It's a free driverless shuttle train and runs 24/7.
Or if you want to meet at a coffee shop, La Brioche Doree has outlets at 2B, 2C, and 1. If you meet at Terminal 1, then you (Debbie) would need to take the CDGVAL to that terminal and both of you would need to take the CDGVAL from Terminal 1 to the CDG 1 RER station which is next to Terminal 3.
