Joseph, I am not sure what exactly you want,, but, for those who have limited ability to walk,, or can only walk a bit at a time, it is often easier to not go on a tour. On a tour you must come and go on their timeline, it can be tiring. If you choose to go to a city like Rome or Paris, you can carefully plan which sites YOU want to see ahead of time and plan rest periods and best transport .

Anyways, hope to hear back more from you,, many people do travel with various levels of impairment, so it can be done!!
