berlin to prague

my husband and i are travelling by train from berlin to prague. which rail station in berlin do you leave from and which rail station in prague do you arrive at? also any suggestions for clean accomodation in berlin near the rail station.

Their are direct trains that depart Berlin Hbf (tier) and arrive at the Prague
