i am a 20 yr studying at University in England and plan
to travel around europe in about 1 months time. By the way am a U.S. citizen. How can i purchase this 21 day
youth pass from the U.K.. Do i have to detail directly
with Eurail's website, and can they send it to me.
I do realize the pass cannot be used and purchased in the U.K.

Eurail (www.eurail.com) doesn't handle UK (BritRail) passes. RailEurope (www.raileurope.com) does. Rick does too, but ETBD won't ship railpasses (see here) to an address outside of the U.S. and Canada. I suspect it's the same for RailEurope. Do you have friends in the U.S. they can ship it to.
Technically European residents (does not include U.S. citizens on a student visa) cannot buy European passes, but a U.S. passport is consider proof when you validate the pass.
