2 Country Rail Pass

Have to go thru Switz on way from Italy to France. What do I do carrying a 2 country pass?

You'll have to pay for a ticket within Switzerland from border to border. Or get a 3-country pass. Or re-route yourself so as not to pass through Switzerland. Or catch a cheap flight instead of using a railpass day.
