How much time should we allow to get from the Vatican area to Fiumicino airport for a 7:15 flight to Munich?
From information you have given me before it sounds like the first train is 6:00 so we'd have to take a cab. Would the cab costs be really high since we would have to leave so early?
You should email you hotel and ask them how much a van or taxi service would cost. We landed in Rome in Sept and our hotel said they provided van serivce. They emailed me the cost and we decided to take the train into Rome and a taxi from there to our hotel. It actually cost us the same as if we had taken the van.
I guess I'm wondering how much total time to allow...drive, check etc.?
