I will be needing to get from Munich to Prague this September to join Rick's Eastern Europe tour. I have read on several web sites that the train is the way to go but Rick recommends the bus in his book. Does anyone who has down either have any comments? Any thoughts would be helpful.

The best way is via bus operated by dbahn. The kicker is that first class rides on the bottom and second on top with the view.
