If we book tickets for the 12:30 London to Paris but don't make it due to late arrival from U.S, are the tickets transferable to a different time? Additional cost to change? or are we out the money totally? Thanks.

The Eurostar site will describe the restrictions on each of the seven classes of ticket it sells. The more expensive the ticket, the fewer the restrictions. The cheapest, labelled as non-flexible, cannot be refunded or changed.

A fully exchangeable ticket will cost you up to three times as much as a non-exchangeable one. See the fares list at www.eurostar.com.
