A group of eight of us will be traveling to London to Normandy to Paris. Any info on hiring a driver since we don't want to chance the driving part? thanks

How about hiring the train driver?
Seriously, eight people with luggage would require a small bus. So you're talking about someone with a commercial license and access to a large vehicle licensed for hire. And are you returning to London? Because you'll have to pay for the driver and the bus to return.
