Hello, My wife and I will be traveling for 28 days in Switzerland and want to purchase a Swiss Flexi Pass. If for some reason our trip is cancelled can we receive a refund?

You could always just buy the pass on arrival, as far as I know there is no advantage to buying them ahead of time.
