Does any one have a recommendation for a taxi service from Fuimicino to Rome city center?

The rate for the taxis Doug refers to is fixed at EUR 40 for any destination in central Rome (within the walls). Rate is good for up to 4 people plus baggage. For good service, consider adding a 10% tip.

The ones parked outside the door at the airport. It's a standard rate.

Don't recall whether there are taxis large enough for 5 people. Since the fixed rate wouldn't apply for 5, consider using a shuttle van - www.airportshuttle.it. Believe the shuttles pick up/drop off at your hotel.
