Looks like I would be in Terminal 5 for both flights....(from in from FRA, going out to BWI)....is 1 hour enough time?

If you are booked on one ticket and both flights are on BA, then the airline is responsible for getting you on the next available flight if you miss your connection.
That said, under normal circumstances one hour is sufficient for making an international connection within Terminal 5. See here.
