Anyone going on this tour 5/25 and want to add on Moscow? If we are a "group" can get better discounts for sites...????
I'm not going on this trip, but did you already take care of getting a Russian Visa so you can accommodate Moscow? I'm not sure many folks can do this last minute, given your trip is just around the corner (maybe you can expedite the process?).

Thank you, have VISA!
So did you go to Moscow? We are headed that way after our Best of the Baltics tour starting 7/20. I'd love your impressions and any tips that you could share!
I did go to Moscow for 1 1/2 days so limited experience. I would suggest guides for any activities other than Kremlin/Red square, limited English spoken in Moscow by the natives. It is not as forbidding as some travel news may make you think, however, they are not especially excited for Western tourists and could not "give a hoot" about Americans. That being said, if you are traveling with people you can certainly have a good time without fear. Happy travels!
Oh, and I should add, please make sure your travel documents are pristine for inspection, and any medications in original bottles and preferably with prescription when crossing to Russia. Some guards like to flex their muscles.....
