Goodness one needs to be on the ball and have their email notification on and be fast. I received an email about openings for a tour I had signed up for on the waitlist. Email came in at 12:39 PM and I saw it and responded at 12:53 PM - too late seats already filled. Immediately turned my email notification setting to on. I am not complaining at all and believe the waitlist system is fair. Just want to put it out there that if you are on a waitlist you need to be FAST! 🤞🏼an opening comes up again.

I was recently waitlisted for a specialist doctor’s appointment as I need to be seen sooner than the next available appointment four months later. In the 30 seconds from when the text came that there was a cancellation and my response to the text, the spot was already taken. Good luck with the next cancellation!
