Villages of South England Inaugural Tour

We're just back from the first Villages of South England Tour in something like 16 years. I'll post a review later - we just got home about midnight last night - but in a word: Fantastic!

We had a super time, the group was great, the guides were great, and I finally got to meet Debra from Celina TX in person. She's so tiny!

There were a few bumps along the way (one literal bump, a minor fender-bender accident), but the trip as a whole went smoothly. I'll post more later; I just couldn't wait to let you all know that this is a tour worth taking.

It's a requirement that you do your trip report BEFORE you start on the laundry! Get cracking sister!

I am so glad you had a good time. I really want to do this one.

Jane - PM me when you get a chance so we can visit. I am working a lot month of June and July for the store. I think Thursdays are OK. My usual work days are mon, tues and two sat. but I am filling in for a couple of co-workers on Weds and Fridays. I think my schedule is free on June 2, 9. Hopefully we can meet somewhere in Tulsa.

My trip was awesome... Haven't had time to do a trip report.

First things first, Pam! I'm aiming for tomorrow to start posting. I'm afraid the laundry, accumulated mail, and family all pushed themselves to the front of the line.

And, I'd like to take the time to do a detailed review; that'll take a little longer. But I should be able to post a few random items in the next few days.

Okay, I just posted a trip report, in this same section of the Forum. I'll post a review, using the old format, next week.

Jane, being short does have its advantages. I usually travel under the radar! You guys got home much, much later than us. Yet, you have accomplished so much more. :) My day was spent doing laundry, grocery (survival) shopping and being trailed by two doggies. They always spend the first day following me, to insure that I'm not planning to leave them, yet again.
PS, we so enjoyed meeting both of you.
