I need a reputable and reliable private tour of the palace et al but don't need transportation to and from Paris. We will be staying in Versailles. Any suggestion will be appreciated. We only want an "overview" tour of the palace and grounds, mainly because i want to bypass the waiting lines.
Viator seems to have what I want but I have heard they are just agents and sub it out. Thats ok but if someone has another option please let me know thanks
I don't know any details of the private tour companies, but when Viator's site says that your small group is limited to 20 people, note that there still will be other tours and visitors at the same time. The guide uses headsets to talk to the group, as has become common in many crowded museums.
