Venice, Florence, Rome tour - Easter in Rome

Hello fellow travellers! I am wondering if anyone has participated in the Venice, Florence, Rome tour which includes Easter in Rome. Do they alter the itinerary in any way? i.e. adding in special activities taking place due to Easter, or eliminating any sights/tours? Thank you for your responses!

Hi,

In general, our Easter Tours will be the same as all the other tour dates. There may be some adjustment in the time and day we visit some places to accommodate special events taking place which might impact our visit. But you will still see everything that is listed in the ‘What’s Included’ section of your tour page. That being said going at Easter time can also present wonderful opportunities to see or take part in many special Easter celebrations on your own. Your guide may organize a couple things for the group to do that are not listed but we leave that up to them. For sure they will give you information on all that is happening and things that you might be interested in seeing and how to get there. I think Easter would be a great time to visit those three great cities and especially to be in Rome at that time. With all that Easter means to the Christian community and the Roman Catholic religion where else could be so special. It would make for one truly a memorable trip. If you have any questions about it give the Tour Department a call and they would be happy to answer them for you. Cheers.
