We're booked on this tour and I was looking at some of the restaurant recommendations for our free nights. The impression I'm getting is that, as someone who doesn't eat meat or seafood, I may have trouble finding food on this tour. Is that true? Does anyone have any recommendations for vegetarian-friendly restaurants in the towns this tour visits?
There's many, many Italian restaurants in Dublin; so I'm sure you can find vegetarian options on their menus. We really enjoyed the food and ambience at Cafe en Seine. It's a beautiful restaurant which we just happened upon the night before we began our RS Best of Ireland Tour. We ended up going twice. Enjoy your tour!
This tour visits popular tourist destinations, where restaurants will cater to tourists, many of whom are vegetarian. I wouldn't sweat it. Especially since you're already booked. It's probably a good idea to take a look at some of the many, many sites devoted to vegetarian travel.

Laura - I was not. That's exactly what I need. Thanks very much!
I just got home several days ago from this tour and I am a lifelong vegetarian, no meat or fish and I did not have a problem eating in Ireland. In fact it was easier than some other countries in Europe i have been to. The tour group dinners also provided nice vegetarian meals for me. It was a wonderful tour, one of my best and I've done 9 of them! Enjoy!
Did this tour in the fall of 24. Anytime we had a group dinner, my tour guide had arranged for me to get a vegan meal. I was totally taken care of at all of the group meals and alternatives were available.
