I know teens are permitted on My Way tours are they allowed on full tours, She will be 16 traveling with grandparents .
Well traveled young lady.

Teens can go on any tour as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. I'd think it would depend on her level of interest in the itinerary and traveling with potentially a lot of adults. There is a family tour offered that would guarantee younger people on the tour.

My kids have been traveling on RS tours since my daughter was 10. She is now 24 & been on 6 tours. Is the teenager good with adults? And mostly older adults? If you go in the summer or Thanksgiving or Christmas time more likely to have other kids on the tour. RS office is really good about letting one know if other kids are on the same tour.
My kids didn’t care if other kids were on the tour so it didn’t matter to us. We have been on tours where other kids didn’t seem to want to be there. Felt bad for the kids & the dad.
If she is up for traveling I would say go for it.

According to the RS Tours page, teens are welcome on all tours. I tried to cut and paste what it says, but it isn't letting me do so. The teen does have to room with an adult.

I think you just have to decide if the teen is comfortable in a situation where they are likely to be surrounded by a lot of older adults. Summer tours may have other teens. There are also family tours, but maybe that isn't important for your teen traveler.

... are they allowed on full tours...

Yes. There have been teens on all but one of our regular tours.

It appears the teen will be traveling with just the grandparents. If so, be sure to have documentation signed by both parents giving permission for her to leave the country with the grandparents. Also should have a power of attorney in case it is needed for any medicals decisions for her.
