Any tips? I'm nervous about this!!
Rick has some general advice and resource links at http://www.ricksteves.com/travel-tips/trip-planning/travelers-with-disabilities. When he published Easy Access Europe in 2004 with Ken Plattner, London was one of the cities covered, since its services were pretty good, but that book has not been updated. London taxis are fully accessible and the Tube and railway systems have good access info online.

Nope, Norma, not a one... ;-)
Janet, very important - are you able to stand and/or walk at all? That will make a lot of different in the replies and in your experience.
Also, you've posted this under 'Rick Steves' Tours'; are you planning on taking a RS tour, or traveling on your own?
