Hi we are booked on the 17 day Best of Italy trip for April 30, and one person feel and broke her kneecap; unsure will be healed in time for the trip. Contemplating if it would be possible to trade for someone going Sept or Oct 2023? Thanks, Cheryl

Cheryl, this is for an RS tour, right? Email the office, explain your situation. I’m sure they can work with you. Before you email, look at your tour’s available dates to let the office know your preferences. I’d do that right away since it looks like the tour is filling fast.
I’m sorry about your friend’s accident. Speedy recovery.
FYI, People on the forum can’t trade dates with you. All tours are booked through the RS office.

Are there openings for the fall dates you would like to change to?
Either way, this is something you need to talk to the RS office about. I have had to change dates after signing up 2 different times and it was not difficult.
