When I took my Heart of Italy tour I loved that I didn't have to worry about tipping our guides. Added tips are now everywhere and I'm currently listening to an episode of the New York Times "The Daily" podcast about increased tipping in more places n the US. I loved when I heard Rick mention at a Travel and Adventure Show that he pays his staff well and we don't have to worry about tipping. That was one of the features of the tour that made booking the tour more attractive. I wish more businesses had this philosophy and I appreciate that we need to tip less while traveling in Europe.
