Tour roster on RS website

The tour rosters and tour itineraries are pdf files that download to your device. I've only retrieved them on my Android phone, but perhaps someone else can explain how you find and view downloaded files on an iPhone.

I've got an iPhone and don't have any trouble getting to the itinerary or the roster. I think I might have had to scroll down thru each the first time to get them to come up.

You might also try saving them to your Notes app. After you click on the Tour Roster, click on the square with the arrow and choose notes. See if it populates this way.

i am unable to open the tour roster for the Tours. I know they are available but can not seem to access w/ an iphone.

You mean you cannot find them or that you cannot open them? The files should be in your tour account.

I have an iphone and I would encourage you to check to see if the document is downloading straight to your "Files" icon (white background with a blue file folder). There is a section that will be labeled PDF Documents.

Ok I have managed to print the tour rosters for our 3 October Best of Tuscany tour and 16 October London tour. I have taken many tours and never had a problem accessing the rosters. Kerisambango of Kentucky taught me about "files icon" on my phone. Oh my whole new brave world. Julie was have done the GAS tour and it was outstanding. I would repeat it again in a heartbeat.
