Has anyone received their tour reunion email invitation. I know all the details of the weekend, I just don't recall seeing an invitation.

I have never seen anyone 'checking for an invitation' at the door. But as I live 4 miles away, its not an issue for me, if they were to check and turn me away. So I just show up, even those years I have not been on a trip. Nice to meet the guides we have had on the tours we have done.
The reunion is a way to get you in the mood to buy another tour, so RS is pretty welcoming of anyone/everyone who wanders in.

Eric, we did receive an email on Nov. 8 about the reunion. We had already signed up by then as we were watching the website for the announcement. We have been to two reunions. We had to show tickets/ verify our names on the list for the evening welcome reception , the tour reunions and some of the travel talks. Those receptions will fill up. I don't think there is anything other than the original e-mail with details about the when/what time/events of the weekend. I've gone several times and also to the traveler's weekends and never had anyone ask me for anything.
