Timing for Paris and Heart of France Tour

Not that tour but I was in Paris May 31 to June 4 this year and it was hot. Outlier and record high temps. Very long daylight which I enjoy.

Thanks. I know you can't tell from year to year but sounds like it could be hot.

This was the first May heatwave I’ve ever experienced in France. Other years, I had to buy a sweater or light coat in June. So all is topsy-turvey, you could get anything in future years. Be prepared for a cold snap or heatwave.

I was in Paris one year in mid April and the temperatures were in the 85 plus range. We then trained to Amsterdam with temperatures in the 50’s and 60’s with the wind from the North Sea.

I took the Paris and Heart of France tour in Mid October and it was warm, high 70’s!

You can’t predict anymore from past temperatures.

We did this tour in late May in 2023. The weather was beautiful! We didn't have any rain and temperatures were on the warmer side. I was glad I had packed Capri pants and sandals that were good for walking. The only place that was chilly and windy were the Normandy beaches. I have a windbreaker from REI that I layered over a fleece. This is a great tour -- we loved it!
