Do they take PayPal? That has worked for some people on some websites when their credit cards didn't go through.

Another possible fix is to call the issuer of your credit card and advise that you are trying to make that specific foreign purchase. They may be blocking it because they fear fraud.

If nothing works, call the box office directly. I bought my tickets to see the horse show and I called the box office directly and they spoke English and was very helpful. I picked up my ticket a few days before the performance.

When I bought my ticket over the phone, I was told that they do not mail the ticket or email the ticket, I received an email, brought it with me and went to the box office a few days before the performance and they gave me my ticket. They had the ticket at the box office. i don't think you will have a problem, just talk to them about how to get your ticket.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I emailed them and they gave me the number to call for booking tickets. It was a bit more than their website prices, but the took the card. I am sharing the number they gave me.

Glad you were able to buy your tickets. When I went this past Sept to see the regular performance it was very expensive but so worth it to see once. I loved it! Where are you going to see these beautiful horses perform! I loved Vienna, it had so much to offer!!! You will enjoy it.
