Hello to my tour mates,
The dates for Barcelona's Festa de Merce' were announced this week - 19 SEP thru 24 SEP. This is Barcelona's biggest celebration with castellers, fire runs, music, etc. Aren't we a lucky bunch!
I will be arriving in Barcelona a few days before the tour begins, staying at the tour's first hotel. I would be interested in joining with any of my early-arriving tour mates in participating in some of the Festa activities. If interested, please feel free to email me at schmidge@comcast.net

My wife and I are arriving in Barcelona on 9/22 in advance of the 9/24 tour. We too are staying at the tour's first hotel (I don't have the itineary with me). Maybe we will see you there. Thanks for the heads up on festival!.
