Is the EU Digital Passenger Locator Form still required for entry to Slovenia?

It is not. Slovenia scrapped all Covid-related entry requirements back in February.

Yes it is!!!! Learned out the hard way a few weeks ago and almost missed our flight trying to frantically tap it out on our iPhones. Do it before you leave for the airport, this is not easy to do on your iPhone in a panic!

This is so confusing. One site says not needed now for Slovenia, another site EU members only. Which is it?

Use the Sherpa website to determine requirements. Rick Steves offices mentions this in their communication to tour members.
