Perhaps the scrapbooks don’t get posted till after the contest’s deadline of February 28, 2018?

No, scrapbooks are posted as they are submitted and in that order. Typically there are many that turn up in the last few days before the deadline. It seems to be human nature to procrastinate . . . nice to feel like it's not just me who waits.

I too keep waiting for them! We are taking our first RS tour next year so I'm anxiously awaiting them more than usual so that I can see what people experienced on that tour in 2017.
