So excited!! Less than a month until we fly to Scotland for the tour. Been waiting a long time to get to this point. Anyone else on this tour?

It's a wonderful tour. Take along some Dramamine. If you don't need it going through the Highlands, someone else will.
You might not get any responses here on the forum so be sure to check your private messages inbox. I did not check my inbox and missed a note from someone who was on my recent Best of Scotland tour but we hooked up anyway.
Be sure to read Scotland trip reports (from me and others) so yo know what to expect for walking, food, accommodations, peculiarities. For instance: Haggis is great stuff! When crossing streets in Edinburgh, WAIT for the green man signal! Do not follow locals against the light because you don’t know where the cars are coming from or how fast they are moving!
You’re going to have a wonderful time.
My wife & I returned from our tour April 25th. We had a wonderful time! The weather was great, given the time of year. We experienced only one afternoon of rain, and then only for a couple of hours. Our tour guide was named Liz, and she was fabulous! Tell her 'Hi' for us if she happens to be your guide! One caveat: If your travels take you through London-Heathrow and you have less than a 3-hour connection window, you might be in trouble. We had a bit over 2 hours and missed our flight to Edinburgh due to incredibly long queue at passport control/immigration. After several unsuccessful attempts to fly standby and facing the likelihood of spending the night in the airport, we ended up taking the train. Happy travels!!
Hello John-
Pleased to hear you had a great time on the tour. We have a 2 hour 40 min layover in London before our flight to Edinburgh so hoping this is plenty of time. Sorry you had trouble with your connection.
Best rgds,
Stephen
