I did not go on this tour, but one strategy people often use for these sorts of questions about what happened on previous tours is to go to the scrapbook section and look for scrapbooks people have posted from the tours. It often mentions the hotels or even suggested dining.

A quick glance shows that in 2024, one group stayed at the Hotel Am Markt in Bacharach.

If you're actually booked on the tour, you can also call the tour office to see if they can tell you where your departure is staying. They might not be able to tell you the hotel but they can probably identify the town.
