Which RSS feed link are you using? The URL referenced on the Rick Steves Tours Forum, when you click on "Get the Rick Steves Tours feed" is https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/tours.atom, which appears to be properly loading the feed for this forum.

Thanks Nikky. Was able to add it from my computer (just didn't work from Ipad, from same page - go figure).
