Hello I received my tour documents for our trip next month. I have an IPhone and can’t get the pdf’s to open. Is this normal? Thx Larry

That's odd. Were you trying it thru the My Tour Account link at the top of this page?
You might want to send an email thru to Andrew, the RS webmaster to alert him. This is his address. Even if it's not in his department, he can usually forward things on to the correct area.
And YEA to getting your tour docs! That means it's real, lol!!

Let us know the outcome in case anyone else is having that same problem...I doubt it's just you, lol!!
Also, I usually do a screen shot of the itinerary and tour member's names list and put it in a folder on my phone so I have access. Sometimes those are not available after you start your tour.

Luckily I had the email of one of the people on the tour and they sent me both PDF’s and I put them in my file. Will let you know what I find out
