Arrived via train from Nimes, France with my cruise tour. At our hotel now. Will check out in am tomorrow and move to my RS tour hotel tomorrow, then go meet husband from his arrival tomorrow here at Barcelona. Two and half days before start of our tour on sun June 11. Two weeks in Europe and still going strong!!!!

I was on this tour in 2011 and had a great time. I'd be interested in which hotels are being used now. Also, whether the Fish Spa is still in business in Barcelona. :)

Our hotels are NH Centro in Barcelona and hotel dos castillas in Madrid. Don't know about the fish restaurant.
Jane - we had our group meeting last night. Group seems good. Two different families ; 4 single ladies who travel together; your two former travel mates and Ellen says hi; and 4 couples (including us)
Love Federico.
Ate at Baccos . Very very delicious.
Our first full day will be gaudi

Sitting here at a bar across from our hotel with the hubs drinking a beer and peanuts in hot Madrid. Just arrived today on the AVE train. Our group meal and walking tour in about 45 minutes. It had been great so far. Love Federico!!! Great guide. Great food!
Only four more days and have to return to Oklahoma. Guess I better start planning next years trip. Can I stay on a permanent holiday here in Europe! I forgot how I love traveling here. :)

For me, the best part of the tour was Madrid, mostly because Federico did such an amazing job there. For the first time in my life, I began to have an understanding of surrealist art. Hope they have the amazing jamón at the farewell dinner.

We went on the same tour with Federico in February 2015 - excellent experience. The weather was cool but pleasant (light jacket required). We stayed an extra day in Madrid and went to the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum.

Hi Kim, It was a fabulous trip. We added 1 night in Madrid and 5 nights in Paris. We are home now and trying to go through all of our pictures. Do you have Jeff's email address? Barbara

In fact, I realized we did not take a group picture nor anyone's email.
