If you're a Caravaggio fan, there are others all over Rome, including 3 in the "French Church" which is easy to pop into as you walk between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. If the tour doesn't include this, it could be done in your free time. Have fun.
Caravaggio--Thanks ponygirl. I have seen Roma Caravaggios in San Luigi, the Borghese, Galleria Doria Pamphilj, Barberini.
I have yet to see, therefore my next Roma quest, Caravaggio in the Bone Church, Santa Maria del Popolo, Vatican Pinacoteca, Basilica of St Agostino. Also lots in between to experience again or for the 1st time. ab
There is also one in the Museo Capitolino, if you happen to be going there on the tour (and it's a great museum for many other reasons too).
