Probably a silly question, but when looking at the available dates for the Portugal tour I scroll down and see most of the dates for 2024 are available. But as I continue to scroll the dates start over ( different start and end times)and are all booked. The prices seem lower on the booked dates. What am I missing here? Why two sets and why are some weeks filled up while others are open. Thanks!

It’s just a thing they’ve been doing on the website lately, where they list the tours that are still available first.

Not all the dates you see were available initially. In the past RS has added tours as dates fill up. So if all the October dates fill up they add some more in that time frame. This year I wouldn’t be surprised that when they went looking for rooms etc the rates were higher.

The price of tours always varies by date. I'm not surprised that the cheaper dates fill faster.
As said above, full dates have gotten moved to the bottom of the list of late.
