Poland tour August 22 to August 31

I will be in Gdansk later this summer and plan to take public transportation; I think the directions I have are for a bus.

We went on this tour in 2025 and took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. That was very easy and straightforward.

We took this tour in May 2026. We took a taxi because we arrived at 9:00pm - we were tired and a taxi was easiest for us. It cost ~$40.

When I took this tour last year, I too arrived in Gdansk a day early. Had reservation to stay the extra night at the tour’s hotel, Admiral. I arranged with the hotel to have a pick-up at the airport. The driver awaited me, with a placard with my name. Very efficient, especially after a long flight. No waiting in a taxi line. Cost was about the same as a taxi, if I recall correctly. I just emailed the hotel and asked that they make the arrangement . Couldn’t have been easier.
