I have a few pre days before RS Sicily Tour this Friday.
Weather is gorgeous and is hot in the lovely sun here. Forecast is sunny for the next ten days!
People are dressed for summer.
I bumped into some RS folks who started Tuesday tour. Most women wore capris or skirts.
Men had pants and long walking shorts. Mostly Sneakers.
The streets can be rough and everything and everyone is moving so fast. I’d recommend walking shoes/sneakers.
I was using google maps and I needed to add 10-12 minutes for my destination than what it gives you. I’ll say I’m an average walking speed. The locals walk super fast here.
A local guide told me 10 minutes for something that took 15 minutes. So add extra time to your walking route.
