My wife and I just came back from the RS Basque Country tour. Our guide Fransico was beyond good. He was gifted. He told stories, he informed, he listened, he taught and he captivated us all. Interestingly there were 3 groups of folks on the tour that had all been on 20i or more RS tours. I asked them individually “Is Fran the best guide you’ve ever had?” All of them said he was the best or tied for the best. He moved us to tears more than once.
