My wife and I are going on the My Way Alpine Tour from 6/26 to 7/7. I received the list of people going but thought I would start this chat to get to know some of the people who are on this trip. This is our first RS tour and my first time to the Alps area so am really looking forward to the trip. We are both retired and in our 60's and hope to do several hikes. We are from Florida. We will be flying into Munich several days before the trip and then going to Paris and London afterwards since I promised my wife that I would take her to those cities someday. We will be doing Munich, Paris, and London on our own. When I travel, I like to keep very busy and try to see as much as I can. I figure I can rest when I get home.

Hi Dave! My family will be on this tour with you and your wife. It's me, my husband and 15 year old son. This is our first RS tour also and our first time to the alps! We are flying into Munich the day before the tour and leaving from Geneva when the tour ends. I wish we could stay longer. Our family shares your same traveling philosophy about seeing as much as we can and resting when we get home. I look forward to meeting you and your wife!

Nice to here from you. I was wondering if anyone in our group was reading these forums. These forums are great and you can get so much help from them. See you in Salzburg. It should be a great trip. I really love where we are going and am hoping we have good weather. This is the first time that we have tried to pack for 3 weeks in a carry-on so this will also be a new adventure for us. I have tried a trial packing so have a little more confidence that I can do it.
