I've emailed RS Tour staff, but wonder has anyone else encountered difficulty when making final payment for your tour?
I never get an option to pay. I click on "pay" and it reloads the same page.
And even though I've received confirmation and reminder emails, our tour account says:
"We're still processing your tour reservation.
Note: It may take up to 3 business days for your final balance to be available for payment online" (we booked in December).
Hopefully I get an email back from RS staff soon, but wondered if it's just me. I'm glad I tried to pay a bit before the deadline or I'd be panicked. Well I still am a little panicked, but less so, lol.
