Do you mean the Munich, Salzburg & Vienna tour?

Or the Berlin, Prague & Vienna tour? I have been on this one - fantastic experience!

Yes I meant the Berlin, Prague, Vienna tour. Where did you travel before or after the tour? Do you recommend the tour? We have done RS Italy a few years ago

I took this in October 2014 and thought it was great. I'm a big history buff, and there is a lot to see in all three cities in terms of museums, historical sites and even some great art - especially in Vienna at the Belvedere Palace (Klimt's) and the Kunsthistoriches (lots of Carravagio's amongst others). I would suggest getting to Berlin a couple of days early to take a tour of the Reichstag (make a prior reservation and bring your passport to get through security) and also to visit some of the museums on Museum Isle and also the Jewish Museum. Lots of stuff to choose from in Berlin, including Cold War and WWII sites. I wish I had stayed longer in Vienna, but I took the train to Munich right after the tour, stopping on the way in Salzburg for a bus to Berchtesgarten and a tour of Hitler's Eagles Nest and the Nazi complex at the base of the mountain. Again, a ton of important and interesting things to see on this tour, including Dresden, the Melk Abbey and the Czech village of Terezin, which was turned into a concentration camp by the Nazis and used as a sort of Potemkin Village for the Red Cross before the war.

Just got back from the Berlin, Prague and Vienna tour. I highly recommend it. Was my first RS tour and it was fantastic. Our guide Jana was amazing as well as each of the local guides, especially in Berlin.

Yes, I went on the Berlin, Prague & Vienna tour in June 2015 and loved it! Jana was our guide, she was wonderful.

I arrived one day early in Berlin and stayed three days after in Vienna. I had a list of things I wanted to do and see. Berlin is so full of history that I could have easily spent a week before but my vacation time is limited. There were several people on my tour who arrived a week early, lucky teachers with the summer off.

This was my 2nd RS tour and I was delighted.

This forum is a great place for help and advice.
