Loire to the South of France in 13 Days Tour

Hiya. We signed up for this tour beginning Sept. 20th. Curious if anyone else on this list is signed up. I'm surprised to see that not one of these tours seems to be filling fast or filled. Hmmm....

Laura, I wouldn't worry. I think a lot of people sign up at-after the tour reunion weekends. I loved this tour. I went in June/July 2014. This was my second favorite tour after Village Italy. Have fun. :)

Thanks for the comment, Gretchen. It amazed me to see all sections wide open for this trip!

Like Gretchen said, don't worry. I took that tour last September (right around the same date), and the tour was full. Great tour, amazing sights. Bring along some sandals or sturdy flip-flops that you don't mind getting wet for the Dordogne canoe trip, as you may have to step into the water to get in/out of the boat.

I did this tour. Trust me, these tours will fill up. New year turned over and getting the vacation time at work sorted out :) I did this tour in2011 when Paris was included. It was at the beginning of September and it was still hot in France, especially the South. Pack your swimming suit. My favorite was Sarlat and there was the vacation from the vacation day. Do try the local foods to the region, I regret I didn't eat a lot of black walnut ice cream in Sarlat. Have fun. I forgot, get some aqua socks for the beach and canoe ride on the Dordogne river. I got a nice pair from LL BEAN.

Thanks for all the helpful tips!promise to stop worrying about the tour. Ironically, I bought a pair of water shoes for the Rick Steves Adriatic trip I took last year. And of course, never used them. Bought them at Walmart! Kind of klutzy, but it's good to know I might get to use them again.
