Lodging suggestions in Shannon or Ennis prior to Heart of Ireland trip

I recently changed my incoming flight, so that I'll be arriving the day before the tour starts. Any recommendations on whether to stay in Shannon, Ennis, or even potentially Limerick? I checked the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis but they're already fully booked.

We stayed at Glenomra B&B in Ennis several years ago. Really enjoyed it! Your host, Mary, is delightful and the morning breakfast is wonderful.
