Leaving on a Jet Plane... Tomorrow, Ireland on Friday!

I'm all packed. Now, the hard part will be getting a good night's sleep. I tend to wake up every hour because I'm afraid of over-sleeping. We're flying from Austin to JFK tomorrow afternoon, then from JFK to Dublin in the evening. We have a good amount of time to enjoy Dublin before we meet our Best of Ireland tour group on Sunday at 5:00. Saturday, I will be celebrating my birthday with a day trip to the Gardens of Powerscourt, the Wicklow mountains and Glendaloch. We are so excited! We started planning this trip in June of 2018, so I'm on information overload. Just a few more hours.

Janet, I understand about the difficulty sleeping well the night before traveling.

I hope you have a wonderful trip — and what a fantastic way to celebrate your birthday Saturday!! Ireland is so beautiful, you are going to love it so much!

Yea for you - Wicklow mountains and Ireland are on my bucket list for sure. I leave Monday for Munich and to meet the My Way Alpine on the 16th - already am nervous and can't sleep either. A small price to pay for such happiness when you get there. Enjoy yourself, take plenty of photos, and make those memories! Safe and happy travels to you and Happy Birthday.

You will love Powerscourt, the gardens are amazing. When back in Dublin try O’Neals Pub for great food and Guinness!

Bonnie & I will be thinking about our two favorite Red Raiders fans & Happy Birthday!
