We used JewishRoma Tours for our tours of the Jewish Ghetto and Synagogue in Rome and also the tour of the Vatican. The tours were great and the owner, Michaela Pavoncello, does a great job of hiring tour guides. Our 2 guides were fantastic. The tours are not cheap but well worth it. Pre-tour information is also clear and concise and we had no trouble finding our guides. Their Vatican tour also includes Jewish influence in the Vatican if that interests you. I also used their services for transfers to and from FCO to our hotel. They charged 60 euro for 2 of us and our luggage. The drivers were prompt and courteous but not really English speaking. It didn't matter though. More comfortable than a taxi and only a few more euros. I highly recommend them.
